TANF problems! Please help!?

OK so last month I recieved a application in the mail to reapply for my tanf ( food stamps) and I got it in on time. I usually get them on the 14th of every month, but didn't this time, so I called and asked why and my caseworker said that it was being processed for 30 days and just last friday she called me and asked a few questions about it, but why would she call me again if it was already being processed? I honestly think she's lying and being really lazy with this! keep in mind I have had problems with this woman before! Does anyone know who I can call to complain about her? I am really stressing out about this and if anyone can help me out that would be very appreciated!
