What kind of cupcake(and some other stuff!) should I have at my 16th?

Hey everyone! So my birthday was in March, but were just now having a party on April 23, and I need a little bit of help.... So were planning on having cupcakes and a build your own sundae-type-deal, and were making our own whipped cream frosting, vanilla and chocolate. And were going to have chocolate cupcakes with the vanilla frosting but we haven't decided on the kind of cupcake with the chocolate frosting... and for some reason, we can't really decide. So we have yellow cake in mind right now, but some more suggestions would be absolutely amazing!! And if anyone knows of some great inexpensive games that'd be great too! Thanks, Nicole(=
