If i throw a pig roast byob with free camping available and ask for a donation am i liable if someone leaves?

throwing a pig roast for a cd release party and we are offering and suggesting that people stay,if someone leaves and gets hurt are we responsible,this is byob ,free camping, and 21 and over.
