Is it ok to have a cheat day?

I eat pretty healthy and I do about 50 min to over an hour of hard cardio everyday. I was wondering if its cool to have a cheat day once a week. Like going out and drinking with my friends, yes I know binge drinking is bad but its only once a week. Or going and getting a big bean burrito from Chipoltle or awesome 5 scoop sundae once a week or something like that. Is that gonna kill my weight or is it alright. I'm 5 foot 11 inches and about 186 pounds by the way.
