Who has the best hot fudge sundae?
Malley's Candy in the Cleveland, Ohio area has the best hot fudge sundae. They make and market their own Hot Fudge Sauce and will ship it anywhere in the US. A couple of their stores have carousels in them so you can sit and enjoy their hot fudge sundae in that atmosphere.
