What would you name your own restaurant and what type of food would your restaurant serve?

not sure about the name, but i'm southern, so it'd be southern/comfort foods. collard greens, mashed potatoes, jalapeno cornbread, my mom's homemade turkey rolls, mac&cheese, ice cream sundaes, stuff like that :)
