Will the bar who served Ryan Dunn or Porsche be liable for his death?

Actually, the three first posters are wrong. It is called Dram Shop and bartenders and cocktail waitresses are supposed to know when to cut people off. It doesn't matter if they are famous or not. My father was killed being a drunk driver and my mother sued the bars and won. As a cab driver now, I have noticed that today's bartenders and cocktail servers don't care about cutting people off. I cannot begin to tell you how many pukers I have refused service to.
