Small dogs in the big dog park?

The small dog owners (under 50 lbs) might try to get you in trouble but it is posted that they are doing this at their own risk. They are the ones endangering their dogs. The city has 2 separate dog parks for a reason and these people are breaking the rules! I would bring it up to somebody whether it be the city or the people that run the dog park someone along them lines. Someone needs to be aware of the breakage in the rules.
