Maternity law or benefit and termination rule under Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 in India?
Kindly let me know the Maternity law or benefit provided to employees under Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, in India. Also are these LLP firms in India not liable to pay any compensation to their pregnant employees for firing them without notice?
