If a portable air conditioner falls from window (killing someone, is that manslaughter?

Portable? I have a few window units in my house and the smallest one is 40 lbs. It's also wide enough to span the width of a window. That is not portable by any definition of the word unless you're the Hulk and also carry a generator on your back.
