Hit and run, uninsured.?

A few days ago, my car was hit by another car coming out the wrong way out of a one way street. The driver of that car fled. My car spun out of control and crashed into a third, parked car totaling it. The problem is that my car was uninsured at the time of the accident, so what damages am I liable for. I live in Michigan.
