sorry for your loss. However, her authoriziation for you to use her card ended with her death. If you were signing her name after her death, it is fraud which is a crime, but you probably won't be charged in criminal court. However you will be held accountable to pay the total bill (or at very least for the amount of time you were solely responsible for the charges after she died). If you do not pay, they can take you to court to get a judgement against you and garnish paychecks/attach bank accounts.

Ice cream originated in Italy. that country still makes the best and most varieties in the world. As for the other food items mentioned above or in other answers to this question, pasta as we know it is Italian but influenced by a Chinese dish (noodle) brought back by Marco Polo. Pizza is also Italian, came from Naples, but originally meant the type of bread from which the bases are made. Hamburgers came from Germany (from the town of Hamburg -hence the name).

Aside from dumping a load of cayenne pepper on that dish, I cannot imagine a worse meal to eat for someone who's sick (rich, fatty, salty, etc.). I can only recommend that you make yourself puke and get it over with. Good luck. You'll need it.

Get your policy out and read the fine print. I've seen this happen to many owners. I'll bet that if you look hard enough, you'll find that there was an exclusion in there somewhere. I feel that a lot of the pet insurances companies can be very deceptive in their practices. There are several in the US that I feel are almost criminal in the way that they write their policies.
